Resilience. Empathy. Awareness. Purpose.

This program delivers cutting-edge tools to children, allowing them to access their own innate resilience, to cultivate empathy, and to fine-tune their awareness.

Children who have suffered from trauma, or Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), are likelier to suffer from a chronic disease in adulthood. The emotional, mental, and physiological stress responses from traumatic events are having detrimental ramifications to society.

For the betterment of humanity, we need to foster environments of togetherness and trust, and we can begin to do so through empathy.  Stress and adversity are inevitable parts of the human experience, but the tools necessary to deal with such events are not part of school curriculum. Our children have the opportunity to thrive. We can set them up for optimal wellness, and discontinue the perpetuity of trauma and illness through offering experience and education. We serve to nurture the innate resilience and wisdom within each of us through practicing present moment awareness, mindful movement, breath work, and creative play.

The Reapurpose program aims to increase the zone of resilience for participants. This is practiced by:

  • Experiencing the present moment
  • Making choices
  • Taking effective action
  • Creating rhythms

We carefully consider your community and group needs for our program, and tailor the sessions and program length to best fit the needs of the group. To discuss this in more detail, please contact
